Jambojet is a low-cost airline brand of Kenya Airways operating from Nairobi (JKIA) to Mombasa, Kisumu, Malindi, Diani, Eldoret, Lamu, and Goma (DRC). 1. Make sure you have an active M-PESA account and sufficient funds in it.

2. Visit the Jambojet website (https://www.jambojet.com/en-US) and search for your desired flight.

3. Select your departure and arrival destination dates and the number of passengers.

4. Choose the flight that suits your preferences and click on “Next” to proceed with the booking.

5. Enter the passenger details as required, including names, and contact information (Remember the phone number will later be used to pay for your ticket via M-PESA).

6. Book add-on services, if you have to.

7. On the payment page, select M-PESA as your payment method. This option should be available among the payment methods provided.

8. After selecting M-PESA, your phone number will appear on the payment details.

9. A prompt will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS asking you to confirm the payment. (Payment should be made within one hour after booking, otherwise, your booking will be cancelled automatically after one hour)

10. On your phone, open your M-PESA menu

Select “Lipa Na M-PESA”
Then, select Paybill.
Enter Jambojet paybill number “737700” as the Business Number
Then, enter “Booking Reference” as the account number
Enter your M-PESA PIN to authorize the payment
Confirm if all the details you have entered are correct and press OK
Once the payment is successful, you should receive a confirmation message from M-PESA and a booking confirmation from Jambojet via email & SMS
