Nairobi Archery Club is a small non-profit founded by a group of friends in early 2015. Offering the joys of archery to the community at an affordable rate while creating a bond between people from all walks of life, NAC has quickly become a popular weekend venue for both avid archers and beginners. With the range sighted to both yards and meters, they can create a complete experience to satisfy every type of archer- compound and recurve alike.

2. The Forest, Kereita
Kereita is located in Kimende town, forming part of the larger Aberdare Ranges ecosystem. It’s just one hour from Nairobi city centre. It opens from Thursday to Sunday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. The Forest is a perfect spot for all who want to try their hands at archery for the first time or professional archers who will like to sharpen their skills. The bow and arrows are provided for you and you get tutored for the session you’ve paid for.
The Forest is also a great place to unwind with its lush gardens. You can opt for nature walks or go with a picnic basket to enjoy with friends.
Entry Fee to Kereita Forest is Kshs 200 for adults and or Kshs 50 for students and under 18 years person, while archery charges are billed hourly at Kshs 1200 for Adults and Kshs 1100 for children.

The Kenya Association of Archery is based at Strathmore University. The major function of the organisation is to promote archery as a sport in Kenya. It also recommends that anyone who wants to practice with them at the Strathmore University facilities acquires their bow and arrows.
Keep Saturdays from 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm free on your calendar if you want to train at Strathmore University. Kenya Association of Archery membership is available to everybody, with an annual membership cost of Kshs 5,000.
