How To Apply For A Kenyan E-Passport
- Register an E-Citizen account
- Fill in the online application form.
- Submit and upload the required documents.
- Pay the prescribed fee. It starts at KES 7,550 depending on the number of pages
- Book an appointment for Submission and Biometrics
- Go for your biometrics appointment and wait for your passport
During the submission, you will need the following:
- An E-Citizen pre-filled passport application form and three receipts.
- Original Birth Certificate and photocopy.
- Original National Identification Card (ID) & copy.
- Three Current passport-size photos.
- Recommender’s ID Card copy.
- Consent letter for minors. (Below the age of 18 years)
- Old passport if you are replacing.
- Parents’ National ID cards and copies.
