In this article, we look at Unicity Mall Parking Charges. The KSh 3 billion Unicity Mall is located along Thika Road and is owned by Kenyatta University (KU). The state-of-the-art mall was unveiled by the higher education institution on February 18, 2016. The mall was constructed to provide a third revenue stream to Kenyatta University besides funding from the government and student fees. The mall had for over five years operated below capacity before China Square took over as its anchor tenant.
The first phase of the mall, features a departmental store, retail shops, banks, and food courts. It also includes a petrol station managed by the National Oil Corporation of Kenya (NOCK) and a spacious car park. Other phases of the multi-billion project will have a recreational park, a building housing conference facilities, and a five-star hotel.
