This article will cover how to pay KWS park fees via eCitizen. Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) is a state agency created by an Act of Parliament (Cap 376) to protect and manage Kenya’s wildlife and implement the relevant laws and rules.
KWS introduced a new payment system that aims to improve the customer experience and convenience when using its services through the eCitizen platform. The new system became effective on August 22, 2023, and it allows all visitors who want to explore the national parks, reserves, and sanctuaries managed by KWS to pay their conservation fees easily via the eCitizen platform.
