How to Pay for KAPS Parking Using M-PESA
- Dial *486#
- Select option 1 to pay for KAPS parking
- Enter the card number given when you enter the KAPS parking area. This number is vital, connecting your payment to your parking session.
- You should see your parking details, including how long you’ve been parked and how much you need to pay.
- Select option 1 to pay for your parking using M-PESA.
- Enter your M-PESA PIN to authorise the transaction by selecting option 1
- You will then be notified that your payment is being processed. Wait for the KAPS confirmation and then proceed to drive out of the premises.
- Insert your KAPS-issued card in the terminal at the exit, and the gate should open to let you out.
In case the card has issues: Sometimes, the card number might not be visible due to wear and tear. If you encounter this issue:
- Insert the card into the payment terminal near the parking exit.
- The terminal will display your card number, which you can use to complete the Mpesa payment process.

How To Top Up Kaps A-Card
Your card can only be reloaded at JKIA, Nakumatt Lifestyle, or KAPS Head Office. As a result, you cannot top up the KAPS card with Mpesa, Airtel Money, or Visa. The minimum amount to top up is Ksh 100.

8. What if I lose my card? Will I lose all my cash?
Once a card is reported as lost to the KAPS A-Card Contact Centre, APS Limited will cancel and then disable your KAPS A-Card within 6 hours of your report. Once the cancellation has been effected, your card cannot be used to make further transactions after this period.
9. How do I get a replacement?
You can acquire a replacement KAPS A-Card from any of our participating agents within 6 hours of reporting the loss or damage to the KAPS A-Card Contact Centre.
10. I have run out of value on my card. Do I have to get another one?
You do not have to get another card if you run out of value. You can reload your KAPS A-Card at any of the KAPS A-Card agent stores.
